SAFE BOATING GUIDE
How many life jackets? Do I need a fire extinguisher? How about a bailer, paddles, hooks, heaving lines, anchors, flares? Different vessels require different items... the bigger you are the more you will need. Transport Canada has all the Safety Tips and Requirements for Pleasure Craft wrapped up in one handy PDF. Oh, not in their list does it say anything about doggy life jackets but FYI we have some in store. They make hauling your furry friend back into the boat so much easier!

LICENSING YOUR PLEASURE CRAFT
At Mahone Marine we can license a brand new boat for you. However, if you have purchased a pre-owned boat that you will be using for pleasure then this is something you must do yourself.
